I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Quiet, clean, modern, great buffet breakfast, comfortable mattress with additional pillows provided (on the top of the shelving unit), liquid handsoap in the bathroom, great staff. I liked that you could sit downstairs at the tables (or the lounge chairs) and eat your own dinner, play a game (they have heaps available such as Connect 4, books, cards, games). People complaining about the rubbish removal in the alleyway early in the AM...the windows must be double glazed as I could barely hear it. You're in the centre of Paris, high density and it's a super quiet hotel. No traffic noise etc. Staff are friendly, helpful and go over and above. Breakfast consisted of coffee, apple & orange juice, tea (bags & loose leaf), hot chocolate, hams, a range of cheeses, baguettes, sweet bread (thick cut sliced bread that seemed like brioche with a delicious sweetness to it), toast, madelines, pain au chocolate, croissants, pancakes, nutella, thick honey, every flavour of jam, crumbed oreos and nuts for the pancakes, dried apricots, raw uncooked oats, milk (different varieties), bacon, scrambled eggs, eggs for you to hard boil & peel yourself, fruit salad, fresh fruit (apples, kiwi, pear, peach, nectarine), yoghurt, apple sauce. I am probably forgetting some items! Staff were hepful and friendly. Great value for money hotel. Very short walk to Gare Montparnesse and a few metro stations to get you to all the landmarks. Uber was comparable in price to the metro (inflated metro prices during olympics & paraolympics). Franprix right around the corner for all your snacks and dinners. We got microwaveable meals some nights and Franprix has two microwaves you can use. So we heated them, took the very short walk back to our hotel and sat downstairs in the relaxing dining area to eat and played a game of cards afterwards. Heaps of eating options though if you wanted a cafe or restaurant. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located near the city center. By taxi its 10-15 min, price abt 13-14 eur. Hotel is comfortable, clean, very good staff. Breakfasts can be ordered separately; a mini breakfast for 7 euros includes coffee, orange juice, and a croissant. A more expensive breakfast is available for about 14 euros and includes a wider selection. We did not take breakfast as there are several supermarkets near the hotel (Lidl. Carrefour). It is a 10-minute walk to the subway station, which is very convenient. We had a triple room, so it was a normal size. The bathroom has a hairdryer and soap.

it’s fantastic and the staff are excellent and attentive. I like how informal and casual the staff and reception is when we check in and check out of the hotel. the reception area feels like you just walked into a Wework Coworking space and I see that some guests look a bit confused but I get it. the staff attended to us well at the beginning, checking in was a breeze, and they helped us out at the end too, storing our luggage on the last day after we checked out, and helped us book a car to the airport. very professional.

The hotel is by a major metro station with links direct to the major tourist attractions which is what we were there for. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving out advice on local places to eat. The room was spacious and comfortable. It had the necessities which is all we needed as we spent more time out than in. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, a variety to choose from which gave us a good start to the days.

The staff is very friendly. The check-in went quickly, without any unnesecary questions, the guys at the reception were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, there was enough of everything, good coffee in the machine. The bed was really a double bed, and not single beds pushed together, as is often the case. The room has a nice design and fairly good soundproofing. Very good hairdryer.
